David E. Argudo

Member of California Growers Association, Member of Humboldt Interdisciplinary Institute for Marijuana Research (HiiMR).
Former California State Senate Majority Leader and Founder of the California Latino Legislative Caucus (1990).
Career advocate for medicinal cannabis in California, and active proponent for Prop 64 legalization.
Currently a strategic advisor to a company focused on cannabis testing.

A successful serial entrepreneur, Paul Mann’s experience and network spans the globe. He has managed and successfully exited nine start-ups on three continents including Cavio Corporation, Veridicom International, National Connect, The Pacific Business Development Corporation and Winsight Technology.

Mr. Scovenna has over ten years of experience in capital markets, business development, and investor relations.

Chief Financial Officer/Director
Fiona Fitzmaurice is a chartered certified accountant with 12 years of experience in accounting and financial control. Fiona is currently CFO of Enforcer Gold Corp. (TSXV: VEIN) and acted previously as financial controller for Noront Resources Ltd. where she was involved in private placements, prospectus filings, flow-through financings and corporate audits. Prior to joining Noront, Fiona acted as a senior accountant and Controller for both private and publicly listed junior companies.
Fiona holds a BA in accounting and finance from the Athlone Institute of Technology in Ireland.
Mr. Petrov has founded a number of successful Cannabis companies and most recently served as Executive Vice President at Aurora Cannabis Inc. (TSX: ACB) from prior to its listing onto the CSE until mid 2016.
Daniel is currently the CEO of Aura Health Studio, a medical marijuana dispensary licensed by the City of Vancouver.
Michael Blady most recently served as Director of Invictus MD Strategies Corp (TSXV: IMH), a company focused on several verticals within the burgeoning Canadian cannabis sector including licensed Producers under the ACMPR including investment in the fully licensed facilities operated by AB Laboratories Inc. and Acreage Pharms Ltd and fertilizer and nutrients through Future Harvest Development Ltd.
Mr. Blady also served as the VP of Sales and Marketing for Future Harvest Development Ltd.
Mr. Byrne is a professor at the School of Business at Humboldt State University, in the heart of the Emerald Triangle in Northern California, where he teaches accounting, management, and finance. His work as a business consultant includes cash flow analysis, financial modeling, business planning, accounting, budgeting and online services. As a member of the Humboldt Interdisciplinary Institute for Marijuana Research (HiiMR), Mr. Byrne designs, conducts, analyzes, and disseminates research, as well as provides applied expertise to policy makers, researchers, health professionals, businesses, and the media.
With cannabis industry ties to Mendocino, Humboldt, and Trinity counties, Mr. Byrne is well established in the Emerald Triangle as a consultant and subject-matter expert.
Mr. Selleck has garnered over 25 years of hands-on experience in the construction and disaster recovery industry. He is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Strategic Response Partners which has successfully grown into one of the United States’ preeminent and largest disaster management firms. Prior to founding Strategic Response Partners, he completed courses in Architecture Design and Structural Engineering and founded his first contracting firm which employed a team of over 60 people.
Mr. Selleck’s companies have restored over 4,000 properties domestically and internationally.
